March 24, 2004 - One Nation, Indivisible

Photos from a rally held in front of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, San Francisco in support of the pre-1954 Pledge of Allegiance.

The rally, sponsored by American Atheists and hosted by San Francisco Atheists, was held as Michael Newdow presented his case to the the US Supreme Court that the words "under God," which were added to the original pledge, are unconstitutional.
