Sometimes there is a moment just before sunrise when the colors are so garish that later in the day you question whether your memory is real or simply imagined.
A long exposure photo of San Francisco taken a number of years ago before new buildings started to obscure the Bay Bridge. The white balance was a bit off, however I decided to leave the city with an uncorrected purple haze.
This is my mid late 70’s tourist brochure style photo taken along San Francisco’s Embarcadero. Just remember, though, that while it may be sunny make sure to bring a light winter jacket 😉
